THIS IS A GREAT MOVIE! TAKE MY WORD FOR IT. THE PRODUCER-EDITOR LJS
wow! i haven’t been able to hear my grandpas voice since he was alive. thank you so much this is a great movie! i love the music.
I Love it. It is super I shall always keep it. Fantastic, marvelous, great great. Thanks loads for sending it to me. Those that have pass on hearing there voices.
Wow we didn’t know what the future would hold for us to keep memories alive.
Wonderful movie. I recognized 5-yr old Larry Steimle with the sail boat trophy, the dug-out canoe (now in a museum…without the dragon’s head), and I think the wooden dingy and a canvass canoe. Catalina Island didn’t appear to change much from ’41 to ’82 when I visited. Wish I was near the water!
Amazing! I wish we could have gone there. Sometime we need to go out to Catalina Island.
Fun to watch and remember many good times at Balboa.
What a great video. Thank you so much for preserving and making that available. I now understand where my love of the ocean comes from!
Wow! What a busy bay! This was fun 🙂 Thanks.
Good days remembered.
Good to see it again, and to show it to my wife and children. 🙂
Johnny Sheffield (April 11, 1931 – October 15, 2010) was an American child actor
Interesting Peter that your entry was made on the very day that Johnny Sheffield died. He attended Sail Ho! Balboa and played the son of Tarzan in 8 movies starting in 1939.
